Christmas Orders and Shipping

Furniss will be closed for the festive break from 5pm on Friday 18th December 2020 to 4th January 2021 please ensure all orders are placed before Friday 11th December (or within your specified lead times) to ensure a pre-Christmas delivery.

Shipping & Returns

1. Delivery

For UK mainland orders, we aim to despatch your order within 48 hours and deliver within 7 working days. Delivery to non-mainland and international destinations may take longer.

Orders to mainland UK (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands) over £30 qualify for free delivery. Please note the flat rate shipping charge is not counted towards the £30 order value.

2. Returns

Due to hygiene considerations, we cannot give refunds on products that have been opened — unless the product is faulty. This does not affect your statutory legal rights. In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item to Furniss foods for a refund or an exchange, as long as it is unused, unopened and returned in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt of your goods. You can either return items by recorded Royal Mail delivery or use a secure courier service. You will be responsible for these charges.

3. Your Right to Cancel

If you order over the phone or online you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt providing you return the goods in the original packaging and in new condition.

4. Out of Stock & Replacement of Products

Occasionally, the packaging designs of a Furniss product may be different to that shown on the website. In these circumstances we reserve the right to send you identical products in different packaging.
