Due to hygiene considerations, we cannot give refunds on products that have been opened — unless the product is faulty.
This does not affect your statutory legal rights. In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item to Furniss Of Cornwall Ltd, for a refund or an exchange, as long as it is unused, unopened and returned in the original packaging.
You must arrange and pay for the goods to be returned to us at Furniss Of Cornwall Ltd, Unit 11, Druid’s Road, Redruth, Cornwall, TR15 3RH. You can either return items by recorded Royal Mail delivery or use a secure courier service. You will be responsible for these charges. You must do this within 14 days of notifying us of your wish to cancel. If you cancel and return the goods as described above, we will refund the full purchase price, including the original delivery charge, on the condition that you have not used the goods or otherwise handled them so that their value is reduced.
If you have handled the goods so as to reduce their value, we may deduct an amount from the refund that is proportionate to this reduction. Refunds are provided within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods.
