Yes we know the Scots invented shortbread but we have added delightful dollops of thick, creamy Cornish clotted cream which actually makes the biscuit lighter...allowing you room for one more!

Lovingly made to our traditional recipe using delicious dollops of real Cornish clotted cream and pure Cornish butter from Trewithen Dairy, a local family run farm dairy only a few miles down the road from us in Lostwithiel.

If you prefer your biscuits chunky, you must try our fruity shortbread with real strawberry pieces or for extra indulgence, our shortbread with chocolate pieces.
