Crunchy ginger biscuits with a just a bit of bite
Our gingerbread is made to an original recipe from our founder, John Cooper Furniss,
dating back to 1886. Crunchy, spicy and very, very tasty, it’s a gingerholic’s dream.
Ingredients
Wheat Flour, Golden Syrup, Sugar, Fat Blend (vegetable fats, vegetable oil, water, lemon juice) Raising Agents (bicarbonate of soda, ammonium bicarbonate), Citrus Peel (1.3%) (glucose syrup, orange peel, sucrose syrup, lemon peel, citric acid, sulphur dioxide, sorbic acid), Butter, Dried Ginger (0.7%), Spices, Salt, Natural Lemon Flavouring.
