Wimbledon in a biscuit!
The secret behind the extreme deliciousness of our shortbread is that all the clotted cream and butter comes from the Trewithen Dairy, a family-run farm only a few miles down the road from our bakery. Both cream and butter are rich, pure and have a fresh, naturally sweet taste. We like it so much we make sure loads of the lovely stuff gets into each biscuit.
This combination is a completely original recipe from Furniss. It’s the taste of Wimbledon and great British summers. But you are allowed to eat it all year round.
Wheat Flour, Cornish Butter (23%), Sugar, Dehydrated Strawberries (7%) [strawberry, sugar, glycerine, berry juice, citric acid, sulphur dioxide, flavouring], Clotted Cream (6%), Flavouring, Salt.
