The Furniss products below are based on many of the original recipes first used by Furniss over 100 years ago using only the finest ingredients, including Cornish clotted cream and Cornish butter.
Furniss is now the only UK biscuit maker licensed to produce the Original Cornish Fairing a deliciously distinctive treat. In addition, we also make a number of other sumptuous fairing varieties including Orange & Lemon, Apple & Cinnamon and Stem Ginger & Honey.
Furniss is also famous for its shortbread biscuits, made with Cornish clotted cream from Trewithen Farm. The clotted cream with it's distinctive rich & silky texture makes the perfect clotted cream shortbread which melts in your mouth, for chocolate lovers we have a shortbread made with real choc chips and our latest addtion to the range is our delicious clotted cream shortbread with strawberries.
The original Cornish crunchy Gingerbread biscuit is another of our most popular varieties, this is available not only in a 200g pack but also in a 300g gift tube with its distinctive picture of the Cornish moor at sunset.
Our biscuits are available in standard biscuit packs, an assortment of gift packs and tins, as well as snack packs and selection boxes.
Our new Cottage Collection contains scrumptious crumbly shortbread packaged in 3 attractive cottage themed presentation boxes, of course made with the finest ingredients you would expect from Furniss.
Another addition to our portfolio is a range of delicious handmade traditional fudge available in individual 100g pretty boxes and a 300g gift box. To compliment this range we have included a delectable 250g Furniss biscuit and fudge selection box depicting beautiful country scenes. Of course our fudge is made with the same love and care as John Cooper Furniss did himself over 100 years ago.
